Before making any payments, please be sure to read the tour brochure and travel insurance information.

A.     Payments for initial deposits ($500) are accepted by credit card or check. Credit card payments are subject to an agency processing fee of $15. All other payments are accepted by check only.

B.     All payments must be made by the due dates below.

2. All check payments must be made payable to Scopia LLC and mailed to arrive by the due date to:

C.     Important dates to remember:

Upon Registration and No Later Than October 31, 2024: $500 per person, non-refundable deposit (may be paid with a credit card).

December 15, 2024: Non-refundable deposit of $750 per person (check only).

February 15, 2025: Non-refundable deposit of $1500 per person (check only).

April 1, 2025: Final payment is due and is non-refundable. The exact amount will be determined by several factors including the final number of participants, dollar/Euro rate of exchange, etc.
